Section 1: Terms of Service
The following terms apply for the "Banquet Service and Support" service:

- Booking and payment for the service must be made no later than seven (7) days before the date of the Client's event. The booking fee is fifty percent (50%) of the total service cost. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the event before it starts.
- The standard service duration is from 1 to 8 hours.
- The duration and cost of a non-standard order are negotiated individually.
- Catering is arranged by the Client at their own expense at the venue.
- For a 3 hour service order, one meal is provided. For a 6 hour order - two meals are provided.
- The standard order service is provided within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD).
- Providing the service outside the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), in other regions of the Russian Federation and abroad is negotiated individually.
- The Client pays for transfers and hotel accommodations of 3/4/5 stars for out-of-town events.
- In case of violation of the terms and rules by the Client, the Contractor is released from providing the Service and returning the deposit.

Section 2: Pricing
- Cost of standard order service\* = **7,000 RUB**
- Extension of service after 11 PM (non-standard order) - **1,000 RUB/hour**
- Total service duration per calendar day is no more than 12 hours.
- Pricing for agencies is negotiated individually.
- Payment options: cash, card, bank transfer.

Section 3: How to Order
Required Information:
- Venue
- Start and end date/time
- Start time of work
- Dress code

- Transfers

Section 4: Cancellation by Client
In case of cancellation by the Client, a compensation of 50% of the service cost is withheld. The compensation must be paid by the Client no later than 7 days after the cancellation notice. **Compensation is not paid only in cases of:**

1. Natural disasters (hurricane, earthquake over 6 magnitude).
2. Administrative restrictions by state authorities.
3. Fires, flooding.

Section 5: Other Conditions
In addition, the following conditions apply:

Documents
1. Providing copies: passport, medical book, certificate.

Requirements for Client
1. Compliance with Labor Code, SanPiN.
2. Compliance of workplace with norms.
3. Payment of taxes and execution of contracts.

Other
1. Transfer of original documents is prohibited.
2. All days are considered working days.
